This Another Broken Egg Cafe location is owned and operated by the brother and sister team of Ray Pynes and Lacy Pynes Galligan, currently residents of Shreveport, LA.
The duo knew it was time to open an Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant in Tyler after the success with their first location in Shreveport, which celebrated the 10th birthday this past summer in June 2020. They are sure the same great menu loaded with fresh ingredients and creative recipes across a wide variety of breakfast classics, memorable brunch dishes and lunchtime favorites will be a hit here, too.
Ray and Lacy also like how the location is designed to feel like a casual getaway, served up with a generous side of family, friends, and friendly service. Realizing the options for this kind of upscale, Southern-inspired menu with adult beverages are limited, they know Another Broken Egg Cafe restaurant will be a great edition to the Tyler area.
Ray and Lacy opened their Tyler location at 6421 South Broadway in spring of 2024. They envision the restaurant becoming a big part of the community and a favorite breakfast and brunch spot for locals.
