Owned and Operated By: Allen and Deborah Miner

Allen and Deb Miner relocated to the Houston area in 2008, where Allen served as VP of Operations for 8,000 local apartment homes. Deb worked as a CPA, but both had lifelong dreams of opening their own business. Then one day, while on a Anchorbusiness trip, Deb visited the Another Broken Egg Cafe location in Panama City, Florida. She instantly fell in love with the menu loaded with fresh ingredients and creative recipes across a wide variety of breakfast classics, memorable brunch dishes and lunchtime favorites.

Deb also liked how the location was designed to feel like a casual getaway, served up with a generous side of family, friends and friendly service. Realizing Shenandoah was the ideal place for this kind of upscale, Southern-inspired menu with adult beverages, the Miners contacted Another Broken Egg of America. Shortly thereafter, they began working on opening their own restaurant near their hometown.

The Miners’ Shenandoah location was opened in March of 2012. Since then, this restaurant has become a big part of the community by getting involved with area charities as well as a favorite breakfast and brunch spot for locals.
