Do your cafes offer takeout or curbside pickup?
All of our cafes offer takeout and many of our cafes offer curbside pickup.  To place a takeout or curbside pickup order, visit ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com

Does Another Broken Egg Cafe deliver?
You can have your favorite Another Broken Egg Cafe food items delivered to you from participating locations by ordering through ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com.


May I order alcohol for takeout, curbside pickup or delivery? 
We are able to sell alcohol for takeout, curbside pickup and for delivery in some markets. Visit ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com to view the menu for your favorite cafe to see if alcohol to go is available.


Are any Another Broken Egg menu items not available for delivery?
Our complete menu is available for delivery with the exception of alcohol at some cafes. Visit ordering.anotherbrokengg.com to view the menu. Curbside pickup and delivery of alcoholic beverages varies by market. Visit ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com for more information.

Some promotional offer items may be excluded for pickup or delivery.

How do I see menu prices?
Prices are available when placing your order online at ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com.  Prices may vary by location. 


Is there a minimum purchase for takeout, curbside pickup or delivery when ordering online?
When purchasing an order through anotherbrokenegg.com, there is no minimum order amount for curbside and pickup. However, there is a $10 minimum order requirement when placing an order for delivery through anotherbrokenegg.com.


Is there a delivery fee?
Yes.  The delivery fee is calculated and shared with you prior to online checkout.  Delivery fees may vary by delivery provider and by cafe.   


Are retail Items available for purchase online?
Yes!  We have a variety of retail items available to order online at ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com for takeout, curbside pickup or delivery.


Can you ship retail items to any address? 
Unfortunately, we cannot ship the majority of retail items at this time.  However, you may purchase an Another Broken Egg Cafe Special Edition Coffee Mug at deneenpotterymugs.com and have it shipped to any address.  


May I schedule the timing of my order?
Yes!  You may pre-schedule your order for takeout, curbside pickup or delivery for up to 7 days in advance when placing an order on ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com. Catering orders require 24-hours’ notice and we ask for 72-hours’ notice for orders serving 100+ people.

May I cancel my order?
For takeout or curbside pickup order cancelations, contact the cafe directly at the phone number shown at the bottom of your electronic receipt as soon as possible to see if your order can be canceled. 
Unfortunately, delivery orders cannot be canceled once placed.


Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All personal information, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security protocols. All data is transmitted over a secure link to the online ordering server.


How do I tip the cafe or my delivery driver for my order?
You may select your tip percentage at checkout. When choosing delivery, the tip goes to your driver. Pickup & Curbside order tips go to the staff at the cafe.


How do I track my delivery order?
You can track the status of your delivery order through the link sent in your emailed receipt.


If I place an order for takeout, where do I go to pick up my order when I get to the cafe? 
Please pick up your takeout order inside the cafe at the bar.


If I place an order for curbside pickup, where do I go when I get to the cafe?
Upon arrival, park in a designated curbside parking spot if one is available.  If a designated spot is not available, park in any available spot adjacent to the cafe.  Call the cafe at the number shown at the bottom of your electronic receipt or on the signage onsite.  Let them know your name, the make, model and color of your car, and a team member will deliver your order to your vehicle.

 

May I place a catering order online?
Yes, you may place a catering order at catering.anotherbrokenegg.com. Catering orders must be placed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and we ask for 72 hours advance notice for orders serving 100+ people. 

 

What if I need to place a catering order with less than 24 hours advance notice?
Planning ahead is great, but we understand that it is not always possible.  Please call the cafe, ask to speak with the manager, and we will do our best to try to accommodate your last minute needs to the best of our ability.

 

How do I report a problem with my Another Broken Egg Cafe order?
If you placed an order with DoorDash, Uber Eats or any other 3rd party provider, please use the customer service contact info available through each platform to resolve your issue. If your order was placed through our online ordering portal on ordering.anotherbrokenegg.com,call the cafe directly at the phone number listed at the bottom of your receipt to report any issues.
 


May I order ahead for in-cafe dining? 
No, this feature is not available at this time.

Another Broken Egg Cafe® Gift Card FAQ

Do you have eGift Cards?

Yes! eGift cards are emailed to the recipient the following business day after the order is placed.  Present the eGift card in print form or on a mobile device so that the card image and card number are visible at the time of redemption.

How are the eGift cards and traditional gift cards packaged?

eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient with a card number and pin number and must be presented in printed format or on a mobile device at the cafe for redemption.

Traditional gift cards purchased at our cafes are presented with a gift card carrier that may be personalized.

Traditional gift cards purchased online are affixed to an Another Broken Egg Cafe paper carrier with sender & recipient name, card value and message.

 

What denominations do gift cards come in?

Gift card amount must be between $5 and $500 and must be a whole number (no decimal). 

The maximum amount per order cannot exceed $1,000.

 

Can I change the dollar amount on the gift card?

Once your transaction is complete, the amount is set and cannot be changed. However, traditional gift cards are reloadable at our cafes.

 

May I order a gift card online and pick it up at my local cafe?

Not currently.  Online orders will be shipped to the recipient's address provided at the time of the order.

 

When will my order ship?

eGift cards are delivered instantly but may take up to 24 hours for the URL to activate. eGift cards are also printable if you prefer to hand deliver them instead. They will be emailed from [email protected]. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. To avoid spam filters from Corporations or Educational Institutions, please provide a PERSONAL email address to ensure receipt of the virtual card.

Traditional gift card orders will be processed/made ready for pick-up/shipped on the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to the sender directly from USPS if tracking is paid for at the time of the gift card purchase online. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for standard delivery for traditional gift card orders.

We do not ship internationally.

We are unable to track standard mail (USPS First-Class $3.95) shipments.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or by 3rd-party carriers.

 

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

If your order was not received within the specifications listed above, and if you order included tracking, please contact a member of our Gift Card Department via email at [email protected], or by calling 1-407-440-0450, Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM Eastern Time. We are not able to provide tracking for standard mail (USPS First-Class $3.95) shipments.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Visit https://mps.bz to check your gift card balance.  You will be prompted to enter the card #, the business ID # and the CVV#.  Each # can be found on your Another Broken Egg Cafe gift card.

 

Do the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards have an expiration date?

No. Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift cards and traditional gift cards never expire, and they do not have any maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

 

If I don’t use the full balance of my gift card what will happen?

If you do not use the full value of your gift card during your visit, the remaining balance will stay on your card for you to use at your next visit to Another Broken Egg Cafe.

 

Are there any non-usage fees if I don’t use the gift card right away?

There are no maintenance or non-usage fees on our eGift cards and traditional gift cards. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even if you use your gift card and have a remaining balance available, that balance will remain intact until it is used again.

 

Where are the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift and traditional gift cards valid?

You can use your gift card at any Another Broken Egg Cafe location nationwide.  See the full list of locations at  https://anotherbrokenegg.com/

 

Is it possible to use more than one gift card at a time?

Yes, you can use as many the Another Broken Egg Cafe eGift cards and traditional gift cards as you would like for a single transaction. Holiday Brunch Bucks, Promotional Certificates and Complimentary Cards have different restrictions, please see below.

 

Am I able to use my gift card towards tax, gratuity and alcohol?

Yes, our eGift cards and traditional gift cards may be used towards both tax and gratuity. Holiday Brunch Bucks, Promotional Certificates and Complimentary Cards are valid for food only.

 

Am I able to use my gift card towards catering events?

Yes, our eGift cards and traditional gift cards may be used towards any menu item, including catering.  You will find our catering menu at https://anotherbrokenegg.com/catering.

 

Is it possible to have my gift card replaced if it is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, gift cards are treated like cash, and we cannot replace them for you.

 

What is the difference between a Holiday Brunch Buck, a Promotional Certificate and a Complimentary Card versus a standard cash gift card?

The Another Broken Egg Holiday Brunch Buck, Promotional Certificate and Complimentary Card are promotional elements and are not available for purchase. Because they are promotional in nature, they do not have a cash value and have certain use restrictions attached to them, please see below for restrictions.
